I am still on my quest to clean the freezer!

I have never made beef stroganoff with anything other than steak, I think this will be easy and tasty!

When we buy beef, we usually buy 1/4-1/2 beef at a time. Lots of meat. The hamburger is gone right away, while these roasts get lost on the bottom of the freezer.....

If I were a gambling gal, I would say this would be the least popular of this weeks recipes for this family. Pork chops are never one of those "Oooh, aaaah!" meals. But maybe this recipe will turn the tides ;)
